Ralph Balmaceda brings with him over 20 years of extensive experience in tourism & hospitality management, training, planning, and consulting. His current involvement includes Metro Pacific Investments Foundation (MPIF) where he serves as a program consultant for the Shore It Up! program, the HR consultant of The Happy Giving Trading Company, Inc. (THGTCI) and the deputy country director of the London Institute of Business & Technology (LIBT).

Ghia B. Balmaceda | VP for Admin & Finance

Ghia’s nine (9) years of experience working in a prestigious law firm helped her to learn and master skills that supports the consulting services of Ralph. A travel and adventure enthusiasts, she joined her husband in exploring beautiful destinations in the country. Although she supported Ralph since they started their first travel business in 2001, Ghia officially joined her husband’s business fourteen (14) years ago. She handles most of the administrative and financial matters of the business including contracts and intellectual property documentation and filing.

Gerald J. Cajolo | Senior Associate

Gerald have been an associate of Ralph for sixteen (16) years. He was assigned to handle very important documents of various projects to coordinating numerous buses for educational tours. He also coordinated activities for Korean groups during the English Adventure Camps in 2005 to 2007. An adventure guide himself, he literally explored many mountains, volcanoes, caves, waterfalls, etc. in the Philippines. He assists Ralph in all his training, facilitations and speaking engagements. He is also the Intake Coordinator of London Institute of Business & Technology – Philippines.

Thelma B. Cajolo | Senior Associate

Thelma started as a Tour Guide who later became a Tour Coordinator for educational tours. She has been in tourism industry for fifteen (15) years working side by side with her husband Gerald. As an adventurer couple, they both explored and partnered with numerous adventure tours in the country. Her passion in teaching helped her to become an effective trainer and educator. Her attention to details and good data management made her a reliable research associate of Ralph.

Gellie B. Fernandez | Associate

‘Gellie the Explorer’, as she is known in social media, is the latest addition in the Ralph Consulting admin team. She was the host of Tourism to Try series of TryPH Media Broadcasting. She is also a career advisor in London Institute of Business & Technology.
