Ralph Consulting recently launched its Hybrid Internship Program (HIP) to provide alternative approaches in place of on-site practicum/internship activities.

This learning pathway combines e-learning modules, well curated industry videos, virtually assisted sessions with industry experts and actual work experience with Ralph Consulting’s internship partner organizations.

Participating schools should be accredited and recognized by Department of Education and Commission on Higher Education. Students should be at least 2nd year college, currently enrolled and are taking their practicum subject.

Ralph Balmaceda, president of Ralph Consulting and the lead facilitator of the program said: “This is our support to HEIs in ensuring competitiveness of their students amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.”
