The first-ever Philippine Tourism Dive Dialogue, held on September 14, 2023, in the vibrant city of Cebu, was an unprecedented gathering of minds and experts in diving and tourism. Initiated by the Department of Tourism (DOT) through its Dive Committee, this event was a significant step towards addressing challenges and fostering collaboration within the Philippine dive tourism industry.

Under the warm Cebuano sun, the dialogue welcomed hundreds of stakeholders, experts, and enthusiasts from both the public and private sectors, along with representatives from the academic community.
