Following the widespread acclaim of “A Journey Beyond Travel” across multiple cities, including Quezon City, Cebu City, Batangas, Pangasinan, and many areas, via videoconferencing, the Create Greater team of DXN Philippines took a significant step forward by hosting an exclusive training session for its leaders. The training comprising Level 2 and Level 3 modules was conducted on August 5, 2024, at the DXN Head Office in Quezon City.

The event saw strong participation with 120 attendees, highlighting the strong interest and commitment of DXN leaders. The session was further enriched by a special presentation from Mr. Michael Angelo P. Antenor, Marketing Officer of Tourism Malaysia Manila, who provided an engaging update on the best travel offers from Malaysia. Following his presentation, senior officers from DXN Philippines took the stage to provide updates and express their full support for the DXN Lifestyle Package.

The Training

The morning session, designated as the Intermediate Level or Level 2, was led by Ralph L. Balmaceda, the author of “A Journey Beyond Travel,” an esteemed IATA Travel and Tourism Professional, and the country director of the London Institute of Business and Technology. This session was designed to deepen the participants’ understanding and skills in effectively marketing the DXN Lifestyle Package.

Participants were immersed in a detailed exploration of the DXN Lifestyle Package, where they learned about its unique selling points and benefits, which distinguish it from typical travel packages available in the market. Jesse’s impact is global, with a vast network that includes downlines in 142 countries, currently totaling 583,250 individuals under his guidance. 

His commitment to the DXN community was vividly displayed when he organized and hosted “A Journey Beyond Travel” in Mangaldan, Pangasinan, on July 19, 2024. The event was a resounding success, drawing approximately 120 attendees who came to gain insights and inspiration from this initiative. Moreover, Jesse’s dedication to continuous improvement and leadership development was further demonstrated when he and his team of 11 traveled early in the morning to attend the Level 2&3 training in Quezon City. They actively participated in all activities there, showcasing their commitment to leveraging DXN’s educational resources to enhance their skills and sales strategies. Jesse’s proactive approach reinforces his status as a pivotal leader. It galvanizes his team and others within the DXN community to fully engage with and support innovative programs like “A Journey Beyond Travel.”

Joseph Estrada, affectionately nicknamed “former president” by his peers, is a Double Crown Diamond with a remarkable 25-year tenure at DXN. Joseph has built an extensive network that primarily spans the Visayas, and has a significant presence in Isabela, Metro Manila, Laguna, parts of Bicol, and Mindanao. His influence extends internationally, with downlines in 90 countries. From the outset, Joseph has been a vocal advocate for “A Journey Beyond Travel”, actively promoting and supporting the initiative. He consistently encourages his downlines to engage fully with the program, emphasizing its benefits and its impact on enhancing their professional capabilities in the DXN community. His leadership and commitment have fostered widespread adoption and enthusiasm for the program across his expansive network.

Eileen A. Dumlao, an Executive Senior Crown Diamond, has spent 24 years in DXN, building a network of 348,450 downlines as of July 2024. As the Service Center Director of the Pateros Service Center, she continues her father’s legacy by promoting wellness and entrepreneurial opportunities through DXN. A prominent member of the DXN Speakers Bureau, Eileen has been pivotal in “A Journey Beyond Travel” presentations and training sessions. Roy Gamboa, a seasoned Triple Diamond with 20 years at DXN, has developed a strong network primarily in Metro Manila and South Luzon. He already held a notable position within DXN before joining the “Pinoy Big Brother” show on ABS-CBN. As an active member and leader of the Create Greater initiative, Roy has supported “A Journey Beyond Travel” since its inception. Known for his exceptional hosting skills, Roy enhances each event with his charismatic presence, keeping attendees engaged and uplifted.
